Who we work with

A law firm site that gets found and an intake that qualifies

Personal injury, family, estate and business attorneys compete for the same searches in the same cities. We build firm sites with a page for every practice area and every city you serve, an intake that asks the right questions before anyone calls, and a CRM that keeps conflict notes with the lead.

01

What usually goes wrong

One page for every practice area

A single "Practice Areas" page that lists ten things cannot rank for any of them. Google ranks pages, not firms, and a visitor looking for a custody lawyer does not want to scroll past bankruptcy to find you.

Calls after hours go to voicemail

People search for a lawyer at night and on weekends, often right after something went wrong. A voicemail box at 9 pm is a lead handed to the next firm on the list.

Intake does not screen

A name and a phone number tells you nothing about whether the matter is in your area, in your county, or inside the filing deadline. Someone on your staff spends the first ten minutes of every call finding out.

No record of who touched a lead

When intake lives in email and sticky notes, nobody can see who called back, what was said, or whether a conflict check was run before the consult was booked.

Questions owners ask

Can an AI assistant on a law firm site give legal advice?

No, and we build it so it cannot. The assistant answers questions about the firm, the practice areas and what to expect, collects the facts of a potential matter and books the consultation. It is instructed to say that it is not a lawyer and that nothing it says is legal advice, and those limits are tested before launch and checked afterward.

Why does a firm need a page for every city?

Because people search with a city in the query, and Google matches the page to the search. A firm in Delray Beach that also takes cases in Boca Raton, Boynton Beach and West Palm Beach needs a page that says so for each one. The content on each page has to be real, written for that city, not a copy with the name swapped.

Does the intake form scare people off?

Not when the first step is short. We ask for the basics, then let the visitor choose whether to answer a few more questions about the matter. Nothing in the second step is required. Serious prospects usually answer, and the firm gets a scored, summarized lead instead of a bare phone number.

Who owns the site and the CRM when the build is done?

The firm does. The domain, the code, the Google accounts and the lead data are in the firm's name from day one. If we stop working together, nothing stops working, and the firm can hand everything to the next team without asking us for a password.
