Intake form

The form on your site (or sent by link) that collects what you need to know about a new inquiry before the first call: contact details, what they want, where, when.

Why it matters for your business

A good intake form saves a phone call of back and forth and lets you qualify before you spend time. Too many fields and people quit. The right few fields, in a form that works on a phone, is the sweet spot.

In practice

A landscaper's form asks four things: name, phone, address, and what they want done. Everything else gets covered on the call. Submissions create a CRM record and a text to the owner.
